Docking of Windows by dragging windows to the Edges of Windows 7 Screen

The window management on the Windows 7 desktop IDE has been altered.
The changes enables users easily arrange one or two active windows on the desktop.
The new window management enables quick and fast docking of windows by dragging them to the edges of the Windows 7 desktop.

1
The Windows 7 user can drag a window to the top of the screen.

2

When the cursor that is holding and dragging the window reaches the top of the desktop, the window will maximize immediately.

3

When the user holds the window title bar and drags off the window back from the edge to an inner area, the window will restore to its original size.

4

If the user is working with two windows concurrently, he might move one of the two windows to the left edge of the screen and when the cursor holding the title bar of the screen is at the left most of the desktop the active window will resize so that it will cover 50% or the half of the screen.
And when the windows user drags the other window to the right most edge of the screen, this window will also resize so that it will fill the left half of the screen.
So the two windows that the user is intending to work with concurrently are going to cover the full Windows 7 desktop.
